At Bambusa.no, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal as long as the item is in its original condition with all labels/tags attached. Underwear can be returned, but must be sealed and in its original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on underwear (briefs, boxers, bras etc.) if the seal has been broken due to hygienic reasons.
To make use of the cancellation period, you must contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the item. We will then contact you regarding your case by email. The return fee is paid by the customer.

If you make use of the right of cancellation, we are obliged to return all your payments, apart from the return cost. We await the completion of the refund until we have received the package in return at our warehouse.

It normally takes 2-5 days before you receive a refund, and in some cases it takes a little longer and this has to do with the processing time at our payment partners (e.g. Vipps and Qliro's routines). Refunds are made using the same payment method that you originally used, unless otherwise agreed.

The right of complaint covers goods that are faulty in accordance with the Consumer Act. If you discover that the item is defective when you receive your order, you must contact Bambusa's customer service as soon as possible. Bambusa covers the return shipping on approved claims. When your complaint is approved, Bambusa will compensate/refund the defective item.
