Our warehouse is in Norway and we only deliver within Norway as of today. Bambusa covers all shipping costs for delivery to the collection point if the total amount of your order exceeds NOK 500. If the total amount of your order is less than NOK 500, a shipping cost of NOK 39 will be incurred per order for delivery to collection point. The shipping cost will be clearly indicated during the ordering process and you will receive information about the total amount you must pay for your order (including any shipping costs) under "Total Sum", before you place a binding order for the item(s) you have in your shopping basket.
If you want to correct your order after you have approved it and sent the order to us, we can only do this as long as the order has not been sent from our warehouse.
The expected delivery time is stated in the order confirmation. Our carriers will make every effort to deliver your order within the promised delivery time. Nevertheless, delays are sometimes unavoidable. Contact our customer service if you have not received the package within the promised delivery time. If a delivery is delayed by more than 30 working days and is not due to you as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
Our carriers do not deliver on weekends and public holidays. Please note that the delivery of the order may take longer during sales or other busy periods.
If a package is to be picked up at a specific delivery location, you must do so within the time period specified in the message. This will vary according to the selected carrier. Packages are collected with valid identification. You will receive a delivery notification stating when and where the package must be picked up or received. The message is received via SMS.
